Welcome to The Weekly! This is my unique space on the internet to share a weekly message with you~ hopefully one that uplifts you and changes you for the better!
I wanted to begin this short post by sharing an exciting offering that is only available next week. September 4 and 5, I will be offering Power Sessions. These are brief 30 minute readings designed to get straight to the point, answer your questions and offer you clarity.
I will open your Akashic Records immediately prior to our session time and connect with your Masters, Teachers and Loved Ones on the other side. From there, we will simply have a dialogue with me acting as the intermediary to bring you the information that you seek.
30 minutes goes by fast, so, if you are scheduled, I encourage you to get prepared beforehand with a couple of questions or one specific topic so that we can dive right in!

The Weekly message~ Divine Wisdom 8/27/2025
Welcome, our dearest ones.
We are excited to be joining you in this forum this week. There is so very much going on with your planet and the planetary changes. Can you tell? Can you feel it? The shifts that are currently ongoing are quite amazing.
Today, we would like to address the symptoms that many of you are currently experiencing. Drowsiness. Forgetfulness. Grey brain or fogginess. A desire to hibernate. And, the opposite is also true for a small few. Over-productiveness. Business. A lively, active and unstill brain. Constant motion. Over working the thoughts and physical body. Which extreme are you currently experience??
Extremes are consistently the bodies way of handling or managing the current energies upon the planet. We are going to say something that you probably will not like but we shall speak it anyway. Embrace whatever it is that your body is currently experiencing. Fatigue? Rest. High productivity? Go with the flow and create. Exhaustaion? Sleep. Feeling ill? Nourish the body with raw or lightly cooked fruits, vegetables and extra vitamins. Feeling like a long run? Go. Run hard.
Whatever your body is craving right now, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO LISTEN. Your body is the voice of your soul and when you can honor those callings, you bounce back quicker and easier into your most high vibrational self. Listen to the callings of your body. This is our message.
Why is this such a challenge? Because the world is changing rapidly. The energy of your planet is rising incrementally on a daily basis. No one will be left behind. It is just a matter of time. All people will awaken to the divine truths that so many of you are currently knowing and living. We are here to simply remind your body and your soul to be aware and awake and listening. Yes?
And, so it is for all those with ears to hear.

I hope that brief channeled message resonates with your soul. It certainly does with me as some mornings, I am energized and ready to take on the world and other mornings, I simply want to pull the covers over my head and stay in bed!
All of that said, I want to share this brief guided meditation with you. I have been using it with my son and we both find it quite comforting....
Kind Rain
Take a few moments to get comfortable. Deep breath in, deep breath out. Imagine these words are read to you or you can even record yourself saying them and listen to the recording.
"You are the kind rain. Imagine your body slowly crawling across the sky on a bed of clouds. You feel the weight of your many drops ready to soak the land. When the time is right, you let go of all your water. You fall on the tree and soak her roots. You rain on the ocean and join her family of water. You get stronger. You bring more power into each drop.
Your storm is a kind one. It is quiet as you move across the Earth. You know your water brings new life. You are happy to see the plants, animals, mountaintops and oceans soak you up with open arms."
Contine you with this journey. Where does the rain go next? Do you feel lighter in weight or stronger? Where do you go once you are done? Continue with the journey until it feels complete. Then, gradually make your way back into your body and begin to wiggle your fingers and toes. Smile as you remember what it feels like to be such a loving and kind sort of rain.
