Lisa has studied many forms of meditation and returns to how she began~ stillness, listening and guided meditations.

Where ever you are on the yoga journey that is where you must begin! Lisa works with clients privately, in local studios and in small groups to encourage movement, growth and skill development.
Lisa works in person or zoom and has been teaching yoga since 2017. You can also find her at local studios in the South of France as well as in her own home space running small group classes for locals.
